" So What Master Do You Serve ? "

Jesus said this about one serving two masters :

"No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money."
~ Matthew 6:24 ~


This title may seem awkward reading ? In today's society, we are going to SERVE SOMEBODY.

The Big question: who is the somebody ? It could be money or material things: such things like cars, toys, boats, jobs, or even the opposite sex; it could be anything that we place higher than God Himself. The Scripture tells us, and warns as well, that you can't serve God and money and remain happy. So often as Christians, we find ourselves compromising our faith and walk in Jesus, by willingly justifying the idols (gods) that we have placed in our lives which cause us to become miserable in our relationship with the LORD.

God's greatest desire is that we would put our faith and trust in HIM, and allow HIM to be our ALL and ALL of our lives. The moment we allow God to captivate our hearts in sweet surrender, then, and only then, can we experience the full peace of God.
